Within the scope of the Nonviolent Campaigning for Rights Defenders Project, which we run as the Nonviolence Education and Research Association and supported by the German Consulate, we carried out a series of activities to empower rights defenders in nonviolent campaign planning.

This handbook contains tips on what civil society organisations can do to increase their resilience. For the launch of the handbook, we sat down with people from civil society organisations in Turkey to talk about "organisational resilience" and what we can do to increase resilience.

We conducted Organisational Wellbeing Trainings in order to strengthen civil society organisations and spread nonviolent organising.

As Nonviolence Center, we work for strengthening civil society organisations and spread nonviolent organising. The third of the Online Nonviolent Organising Workshops, which we carried out within the scope of these activities, has been completed.

The Organisational Wellbeing Handbook includes basic information about wellbeing and examples of some of the work done by organisations for a holistic wellbeing approach.

As the Centre for Nonviolence, we dream of a world without violence. While organising for a world without violence, we take responsibility to prevent sexual violence within our organisation and in our work. In this document, we have described the policy to prevent sexual violence and to carry out the process in line with the principles of nonviolence when it occurs.
